Brand Immersion & Stakeholder Workshops

Kick-off Meeting: Align on project goals, introduce key stakeholders, and establish a clear vision for the project.

Brand Workshop: Deep-dive session with Private White VC’s team to understand brand heritage, tone of voice, and target audience.

Product Discovery: Interactive session focusing on the 5 hero products to uncover unique features, stories, and key differentiators.

Story Mapping & Creative Direction

Story Mapping Workshop: Collaborate on a narrative arc for each hero product, defining the key messages and emotional touch points.

Content Audit: Review existing assets (videos, images, product descriptions) to identify what can be repurposed or needs enhancement.

Creative Direction Document: Outline the visual and narrative themes that will guide content creation in the next phases.

Wireframing the Storytelling Page: Develop wireframes for a dedicated product narrative page. This will serve as the blueprint for how we present the hero product stories online, focusing on flow, key touchpoints, and user experience.

Strategy & Roadmap Presentation

Draft Storytelling Strategy: Present our proposed narrative approach, including initial content ideas and key storytelling elements for each hero product with high-def wireframes ready for content production & implementation.

Feedback Session: Gather input from Private White VC’s team to refine the strategy and ensure alignment with your brand vision.

Approval & Sign-off: Finalise the strategy document, setting the stage for the creative execution phase.

The outcomes of Phase 1 will confirm the exact requirements, and costs of Phase 2. Phase 2 steps & cost are suggestive only until we've completed Phase 1.

Content Blueprint & Pre-Production

Content Planning Workshop: Refine the creative direction based on Phase 1 learnings, mapping out the content types (video, 3D assets, photography) needed for each hero product.

Script & Storyboard Development: Draft scripts and create visual storyboards for video content, detailing the narrative flow, key messages, and visual style.

Pre-Production Preparation: Source locations, talent (if needed), and any additional resources required for filming or 3D content creation.

Content Production

Video Shoot: Execute the lifestyle video production, focusing on showcasing each product’s unique features through engaging, emotive storytelling. Includes a mix of studio and on-location shoots if required.

3D Modelling & Visualisation: Develop 3D renders to highlight intricate product details, offering a new level of interactivity and showcasing craftsmanship up close.

Photography & Copywriting: Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photography, accompanied by compelling, narrative-driven copy to enhance the visual storytelling.

Storytelling Page Design: Begin the design of the narrative page in parallel with content production. Develop high-fidelity mockups, integrating video, 3D assets, and photography into a cohesive digital experience.

Post-Production & Content Finalisation

Editing & Visual Effects: Edit video content, incorporating any 3D elements, animation, and sound design to create a polished final product.

Page Development: Build the storytelling page based on the approved design, ensuring seamless integration of all assets. Focus on interactive elements, smooth transitions, and engaging user flow.

3D Modelling & Visualisation: Develop 3D renders to highlight intricate product details, offering a new level of interactivity and showcasing craftsmanship up close.

Photography & Copywriting: Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photography, accompanied by compelling, narrative-driven copy to enhance the visual storytelling.

Final Approval & Asset Delivery: Implement feedback, finalise all assets, and prepare the storytelling page for launch.

Launch Strategy & Rollout

Launch Plan Presentation: Outline a comprehensive launch strategy, including timeline, promotional activities, and key metrics to track.

Content Handover & Training: Provide all assets and documentation, along with a brief training session for the Private White VC team on managing and updating the storytelling page(s).

  1. Payment to initiate Phase 1 is required. This covers all the discovery activities and ensures we have the resources in place to dive deep into your brand and products.

  1. We’ll schedule a kick-off call with you and the Private White VC team. In this meeting, we’ll:
